SLIDING SURFACE PREPARATION

Starting with accurate ski cleaning and application of the base, up to thoughtful selection of accelerators according to the weather conditions and length of distance.

SKI STRUCTURES

Ski structures created with SVECOM SKI EASY WORLD CUP CNC STONE GRINDING MACHINE.

Ski structure is like tires for your car - you don't buy new car when tires get old, but you change the tires.

There is no need to buy new skis every few years. Instead, you can regularly renew the ski structure to get new skiing experience.

One pair of skis featuring newly created ski base structure made with Svecom stone grinding machine for high-performance skiing.
Dynamometer for cross-country ski testing to evaluate if skis are optimal for a specific athlete.

SKI TESTS

By using dynamometer we can test the fit of your X-Country skis to your body weight, and measure your the length of the kick zone personally for your classical style skis. 

EDGE SHARPENING

Side and base edge sharpening in 85-90° / 0.5-1.5° for Alpine-Skiing skis and boards.

How to order a ski structure?

Make your order in our Online Shop. If you know the structure you want from the ones we have listed there, write it in the comments field. But if you don't know which structure to choose or you have a specific need, we can discuss it when you bring your skis to the service or via whatsapp!

How to deliver my skis to the service?

You are welcome to bring your skis to the serviceat any day including weekends, but please contact us to agree on the timing. Address: Insituta str. 2A Sigulda, Latvia. Also, you can find us in sport's events across the Europe and Scandinavia. To know when and where we can meet, please text us in whatsapp!

How to know if skis fit me?

The performance of your X-Country skis depend on the producer's quality, structure, and choice of waxing products. But it also depends if it fits your weight and height correctly. We offer to test it using dynamometer, as well as to measure the length of the kick-zone. You can apply for the test in our online shop or via whatsapp!

How to chose the waxing products?

There is significant impact on ski performance by how you mix the products together. Also it depends individually what is your level of skiing and what locations you choose - both trail and weather wise. Therefore, we can consult you via whatsapp before you make your choice.

Looking for a skiing trainer?

We offer X-country skiing trainings for adults and families (maximum 2 adults and 2 children) in the Fischer Ski centre at Sigulda, Latvia. To agree on the day and time, and needed inventory, please text us in whatsapp!

Time to sharpen the edges?

We can sharpen the side and base edges in 85-90° / 0.5-1.5° for your Alpine-Skiing skis and boards. You can order the service in our online shop under Ski Service selection, or text us in whatsapp!

LIAA: Introducing Point-of-Sales

On 14.01.2025. Rollers and Skis Ltd. has signed an agreement with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (No 9.2-17-L-2025/85) for support from the Latvian Recovery and Resilience Mechanism 2.2.1.r. "Establishment of full cycle support for digital transformation of business with regional scope", investment 2.2.1.2.i. "Support for digitisation of processes in business", co-financed by the Recovery Fund. The project provides a grant for the purchase and implementation of a point-of-sales system (a solution with an integrated banking terminal and automatic cash reporting portal, barcode reader and cheque printer - in a compact and mobile unit).

Rollers and Skis Ltd. has signed an agreement with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (No 9.2-17-L-2025/19) for support from the Latvian Recovery and Resilience Mechanism 2.2.1.r. "Establishment of full cycle support for digital transformation of business with regional scope", investment 2.2.1.2.i. "Support for digitisation of processes in business", co-financed by the Recovery Fund. The project provides a grant for the purchase and implementation of a quality control system for the stone grind ski structures.

Sigulda municipality (ie)dvesma: further development of alpine ski services


On 11.12.2024, Rollers and Skis Ltd. signed an agreement with Sigulda Municipality (No. SNP/2024/1384) to receive support through the (ie)dvesma grant program, implemented in collaboration with AS SEB Banka. The project's goal is to promote the company's growth by providing the necessary equipment for the development and improvement of service offerings. The allocated funding will be used to purchase new equipment, enhancing the quality and efficiency of the services provided.

Altum Investment to Start: the World Cup Svecom CNC stone grinding machine for the ski structures


On 12.09.2023, Rollers and Skis Ltd. signed an agreement with JSC "Development Finance Institution Altum" (No. 278025/01) on receiving support in the form of an Investment Loan. Thanks to this support, the company was able to purchase a World Cup Svecom CNC stone grinding machine for creation of computer-programmed ski structures.
